About Bernard L. Fraga

Professor Fraga studies American elections, focusing on the statistical analysis of historical and contemporary data associated with voter registration records and election results. He has served as an expert consultant on multiple cases dealing with election law and voting rights, including testifying in federal court, and works as a consultant for nonprofit organizations focusing on increasing voter turnout among youth, college students, and racial/ethnic minority groups. In the IPAW sequence, Professor Fraga teaches the required introductory course on political science research methods.
