Inwoo received a B.A. in Political Science and Economics and an M.A. in Political Science from Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea. His research mainly focuses on digital technologies and their impact on politics. He hypothesized that data emerged as a new resource due to the digital transformation by GPT (General Purpose Technology). His article develops a theoretical framework for how the technological revolution reshapes international relations among nations and explained the dynamics of the current US-China conflict based on data governance.
His research interests are information technology and politics, international security, US-China relations, East Asia, and middle power strategy. However, he plans to research such fields with new arenas that emerged from the technological revolution.
