NEW COURSE for Spring 2019 This course will consider the politics of crisis and reform from a political economy perspective. In addition to learning general theories of crisis and reform, we will study in-depth "case studies’" of important crisis episodes, and we will examine the impact of various crisis responses.

You can explore topics from voting and political psychology to racial and ethnic politics; from wars and revolutions to the politics of Europe and the Middle East; from constitutional law to the politics of food.
