Hans Li holds a bachelor’s degree in Global Liberal Studies and Politics from New York University, where he wrote his senior thesis titled “Liberty as the Primary Good: A National Identity for the Multicultural State.” Hans Li is interested in modern political philosophy, with a focus on critical theory and liberalism. During his undergraduate studies, Hans Li critically engaged with thinkers such as Jürgen Habermas, John Rawls, and Carl Schmitt, laying the foundation for his doctoral studies in liberal political theory and multiculturalism.
