Kuangyu is a second year Ph.D. student in the Department of Political Science. He holds Bachelor Degrees from Renmin University of China with a major in Public Administration and a second major in Philosophy (2013). He earned a M.A. in Political Science from Duke University (2016). His major field is political philosophy and his main interests include Alexis de Tocqueville's political thought and modern political thought.
