A symposium on Professor Eileen Braman’s new book, featuring Eileen Braman, Charles Geyh (Maurer School of Law), and Justin Wedeking (University of Kentucky). Moderated by Jeff Isaac. Reception to follow!
This book explores how citizens think about government action across all three branches in light of decision-making rules and political factors surrounding the exercise of official authority. Professor Braman suggests that the frustration that citizens feel toward their government can be channeled in a constructive way to fundamentally improve our system of government.
