Season's Greetings from your Political Science Department

We hope this finds you well. With this semi-annual newsletter we hope to renew communications with our extended networks of graduates. We’d like to know and share what you are up to and we want to let you know about significant news in the department.

Two new faculty additions

Jessica Gerrity

Dr. Jessica C. Gerrity serves as a Vice President in the Higher Education practice at McAllister & Quinn, a consulting firm in Washington, DC. In this role, she manages a broad range of the firm’s higher education clients, and helps to develop and implement the practice’s strategic goals.

Election Series led by Professor Marjorie Hershey and Professor Bernard Fraga - Students, staffers, and faculty have opportunity to take part in Big Ten Voting Challenge.

Just as we did in 2016, the Political Science Department co-sponsored an election series this fall about the 2018 midterm elections, along with PACE (the Political and Civic Education Program) at IU and the Civic Leaders Center, led by former Fort Wayne mayor Paul Helmke.
